Federal Government Employee Retention
This was the capstone project I worked on with some other masters program students for the marketing analytics practicum. We worked to analyze how federal employees felt about their jobs and determine why many were choosing to leave. All to provide recommendations as to what the government agencies could do to improve talent retention.
Leaf + Stem
This was a final project I worked on with some other marketing students for our branding class. We worked to create from the ground up an imaginary beverage brand.
The Smile Series
The final project of my digital photography class. I chose to photograph my close friends and loved ones to show all the positivity close by when you just ask. I also included myself in this series to show that you have to put out what you want to get back. “See a smile send a smile” I always say.
“Afternoon”
This is a project that I worked on for a friend who had made a really nice EDM song that I thought I had to create a picture to serve as a fun little album art. I’d love to share the inspiration but it looks like the song is back in the workshop.
Study of finding a unique composition
My photography professor taught us about this kind of study; finding something unique and small from something big and complicated. I enjoy this kind of series as well because scrubbing through the photos in reverse tells a different story, one that mirrors the original.
